The 6th annual
Emergency Services Mega Bash
will be held on
Saturday 21 January 2017
Gannon’s Park, Isaak St, Peakhurst.
The aim of the Emergency Services Mega Bash is a community engagement event for the agencies to visualise static displays and demonstrations using various equipment and vehicles, incorporating a festival style atmosphere for attending patrons, whilst building comradery between the personnel of the emergency services. All profits are being donated to
Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation
. We are attempting to continue raise awareness and further development with research into child related health issues and further assist families during such crisis.

The event itself is a round robin cricket tournament with modified rules played amongst teams made up from the NSW emergency services being

Skill clinic sessions
9.30am - Cricket
10.45am - Rugby Union

3.30pm - Soccer/Football
Sydney FC & St George Football Association
11am and 11.30am

A celebrity signing session will be held from approximately

Kids and parents will be entertained with amusement rides, mini carnivals, games and demonstrations, static displays of historic and current Police and Emergency Service vehicles, Australian Defence Force displays, general and food stalls.
A post match function will follow the tournament and will be held at
821 Forest Rd, Peakhurst
, where everyone is most welcome to attend to interact with players and officials. Our Master of Ceremonies, 2GB and Channel 9’s funny man,
Darryl ‘The Big Marn’ Brohman
will interview our guest former Australian fast bowler & Bollywood star, Brett Lee. The function will host a trophy presentation, raffle drawn and live auction hosted, along with live music by Sutherland Shire musician Joel Leffler, food and beverages.
Entry per person is $10. Under 15’s are free. (Limit of 150 – No tickets at door).
Be sure to tune in to 873AM 2GB for updates of the day festivities throughout the afternoon from 12pm.
